Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a steaming device which can efficiently utilize steam for uniformly heating steam-processing foods, efficiently prevent scattering of quality, reduce steam utilization and steaming process at a low cost, and easily remove drips of steam-processing foods.
SOLUTION: The steaming device is constituted of case body whose steam rooms are separated with partition walls in a series state, exhaust duct having an exhaust piece covering the case body upper part, a plurality of steam discharge nozzles placed each in the steam rooms in the case body, belt conveyer conveying foods for processing by separating the case body inside and the exhaust duct inside into steam rooms and steaming rooms, and steam uniform discharge deceleration mechanism consisting of a multitude of channel eaves with upper opening arrayed with gaps guiding the steam discharge under the belt conveyer with the steam discharge nozzles to the steaming rooms at a nearly equal discharge speed, and reversed U-shape control cover capable of steam outflow through the multitude of eaves.
