Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the wire with which a stable weld metal is obtainable in continuous cumulative build-up welding and which is extremely highly effective for improving working efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: This wire contains, by weight %, 0.01 to 0.15% C, 0.5 to 1.6% Si, 1.0 to 2.0% Mn, 0.01 to 0.03% S, 0.001 to 0.03% Nb, 0.1 to 0.3% Ti and 0.05 to 0.15% Sb and consists of the balance Fe and unavoidable impurities.
