To provide a steering damper device of a saddle-riding type vehicle for improving a degree of freedom of an arrangement layout of a steering damper, by effectively utilizing a space in a vehicle body frame.
The steering damper device includes the vehicle body frame 4 for constituting a vehicle, front wheels 2 and 2 installed steerably in this vehicle body frame 4, a steering shaft 27 for transmitting steering input of a rider to these front wheels 2 and 2, and the steering damper 36 for imparting damping force to a steering mechanism 57 to rotation of this steering shaft 27. This steering damper 36 is arranged in a lower part of the steering shaft 27 and above lower frames 42 and 42 positioned on the lowest end of the vehicle body frame 4.
