To enable running of a wheel chair even under a slight falling of snow by a method wherein a protruded part sticking upward is formed at the center on both sides of a two-liquid reinforced resin-made mini-ski and an axle of front wheels of a wheel chair is supported at an upper part of a pair of left and right support plates with a lower part thereof fixed on both protruded parts.
A protruding port 3 is formed at the center part of a mini-ski 1 to let tires 2 of front wheels of a wheel chair project slightly from the undersurface of the mini-ski 1 while a lower part of a support plate 5 is fixed by a bolt nut 6 on double protruded parts 4 integrated with the mini-ski 1 on both sides of the protruding port 3. A shaft hole 7 is formed at upper parts of the left and right support plates 5 while a regulating plate 8 is provided on the top part thereof and an axle 9 of the front wheels of the wheel chair is put through the shaft hole 7 to rotatably support the front wheels. Vertical movement of the tip of the mini-ski 1 is regulated by a soft rubber 10 attached inside the regulating plate 8. The mini-ski 1 gets angular faces thereof worked in R on both sides contacting the ground to make movement thereof smooth in the direction of the tip.
