Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components and improve productivity for cost reduction by sharing parts other than rotor among at least two of three stepping motor types, PM (Permanent Magnet) type, VR (V ariable Reluctance) type and HB (HyBrid) type.
SOLUTION: In a stepping motor 1, parts of a VR-type stepping motor 1, other than rotor, that is, stator 5, case 4, bearing 13 and so on, are also used in a PM-type stepping motor and in a HB-type stepping motor. The rotor 11 of the VR-type, including a shaft 12, is replaced with a PM-type rotor or HB- type rotor, and a PM-type stepping motor or HB-type stepping motor is thereby constituted.
