CONSTITUTION: A plurality of brackets 10A for stepping plate which are contiguously positioned are interposed-arranged between a pair of stepping plate links 7 and 7, and a plurality of stepping plate shafts 8A for connecting a plurality of brackets 10A for stepping plate are arranged in penetration through a pair of stepping plate links 7. Further, each stepping plate 15 is placed in the recessed parts 100 of a plurality of brackets 10A for stepping plate, and the front and rear edges of the stepping surface of the stepping plate 15 are positioned at the core center of the stepping plate shaft 8A.
