Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device that has high efficiency, by treating the step- motor in an anticorrosive method without damaging the performance of the motor by magnetically plating a surface of a magnetic core or a surface of a stator of a coil block. CONSTITUTION:A fixed portion material of a step-motor is formed in such a manner that both ends of a coil block 3 produced by winding a coil wire on a magnetic core 2 in materials with high permeability (For example, pure iron, 45 permalloy, etc.) are stacked on a stator 4 in materials with high permeability and clamped by means of screws. A surface of the magnetic core 2 or a surface of the stator or both surfaces are magnetically plated, and the magnetic plating is made up to ensure that the surface of the magnetic core 2 and the surface of the stator 4 are plated with non-electrolytic nickel, the surfaces are magnetically annnealed at approximate 400 deg.C and non-magnetic plating is changed into magnetic plating.
