Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable to surely and sufficiently sterilize an article in a process for sterilizing bacteria adhered to the article with ozone water.
CONSTITUTION: An article to be sterilized is received in a closable container 10. The container 10 is closed and evacuated with a vacuum pump 30. Ozone water 24 is injected into the container 10 from an ozone water-producing section 20 to sterilize the surface of the article 11.
