Abstract:
PURPOSE: To exchange a sterilized unit without changing a catheter by making a connecting part for pipe guiding parts of two parts each of which is engaged in one end of two parts of conduits, and fixing it detachably in a body which supports the sterilized device.
CONSTITUTION: This sterilized connecting part consists of two terminals 1 and 2 attached to conduits 3, 4 respectively and connected to a body 5 supporting an exchangeable sterilized member 6. One end of the terminal 2 is attached to an expansible part 7 of the conduit 4, and a cup part 8 with an inner groove for attachment and a tubular expansible part inside to receive the base 10 of a needle 11 is formed on the other end. The base 10 is attached by pressure adjacent to the outside of the tubular expansible part 9. The body 10 has two protrusions 12 and 13 opposite to each other in the diameter direction to be engaged with grooves. The part 15 of the body 5 on which the sterilized member 6 is mounted has a partition 19 with a hole 20, and protrusions 16 and 17 to be engaged with inner screws of the terminal 2.
