Abstract:
PURPOSE: To endow a sterilizing liquid which is jetted to a conveyor with lubricating function, provided that the conveyor is installed in a clean room.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of injection nozzles 20 are provided at the sides and bottom of a conveyor 2 which is installed in a clean room. The spraying quantity of the injection nozzle 20 is controlled by a control unit, and basically, the injection quantity is set so that the surface of an endless member 14 of the conveyor 2 is always kept under a wet condition.
