CONSTITUTION: When an upper clamping body 5 is gripped toward a casing 1, an adhesive tape T is lowered to be wound on an object C by means of the upper clasping body 5 and a lower clamping body 8, and then, the tape T is cut by means of a tape cutter 18. The lower clamping body 8 is provided with a receiving part 12 in the tip part, and the first elastic supporting member 28 is arranged over the receiving part 12, while the second elastic member 28' is arranged between the upper clamping body 5 and the lower clamping body 8, so that any object whose dimension is not more than the diameter of the receiving part 12 can be bundled without respect to its size and its shape.
