Consequently a nuisance to remove the cut vegetable, etc., 4 stuck on the blade is eliminated and the vegetable, etc., 4 can be efficiently cut in a beautifully arranged state. Thus the vegetable, etc., can be beautifully dished up and the appearance of a dish can be improved. Further, the thickness of the embossed kitchen knife can be reduced to a half resulting in material saving.
