PURPOSE: To make it possible to automatically obtain a uniformized specimen, by shaking a test tube having a specimen such as blood accommodated therein while said test tube is positively and reversively rotated.

CONSTITUTION: A test tube 32 having a specimen such as blood accommodated therein is supported in a rotatable manner around the center axial line in the longitudinal direction of said test tube by a holder 34 which is in turn supported in a shakable manner by an apparatus 33. In addition, as an apparatus for shaking the test tube 32 while said test tube 32 is positively and reversibly rotated, two rollers 11a, 11b arranged so as to leave the interval therebetween in the vicinity of the head part of the test tube and respectively rotated to mutually opposite directions and an apparatus 12 for relatively reciprocating either one of the rollers 11a, 11b and the test tube 32 with respect to the remainder in such a manner that the head part of the test tube is alternately contacted with the peripheral flanges of the rollers 11a, 11b are provided. By this apparatus, the uniformized specimen can be automatically obtained.
