Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the stirring efficiency of the culture mixture in the cells for microbial cultivation in the high-pressure culture experimental equipment.
SOLUTION: A cum 17 is set to a rotary pressure-resistant tube 6 having a optical probe 4 for detecting the proliferation of the microorganism in the cultivation cells in the pressure vessel and the culture mixture is circulated in the cells by pressure-feeding bag made of an elastic material that is extended and shrunk by the rotation of the cum 17 thereby enabling effective stirring in the cells 1.
