PURPOSE: To quickly retrieve the location of stock parts by managing and displaying separately the kind and the number, etc., of parts existing at present for each of storage places and work equipments.

CONSTITUTION: When warehousing/delivery data is transferred from a first terminal computer(TC) 2, the number of individual stocks on storage shelves in a material warehouse is read out of a memory 1b, and by adding or subtracting the number of warehousing/delivery to or from its number of individual stocks, its correction is executed. Also, when the warehousing/delivery data is transferred from a second TC 3, the number of separate stocks in a storage box in a manufacturing job site is read out of the memory 1b, and by adding or subtracting the number of warehousing/delivery to or from its number of individual stocks, its correction is executed. Moreover, hen consumption/replenishment data is transferred from a third TC 4, the number of individual stocks of a mounting machine in the manufacturing job site is read out of the memory 1b, and by adding or subtracting the number of consumption/ replenishment to or from its number of individual stocks, its correction is executed. Subsequently, when a display request of the number of individual stocks is subjected to key input, the corrected number of individual stocks is displayed at every parts on a CRT 1d.
