Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopping device that can withstand a shock such as wind and rain, an earthquake or the like by forming the roof tile of one hook portion that is engaged with the back board of the underlap of a plain roof tile, other hook portion that is engaged with the tail side reverse of the other plain roof tile arranged diagonally below the plain roof tile and an erect plate portion connecting one hook portion and the other hook portion.
SOLUTION: The stopping device is comprised of one hook portion 111 of a near U that is engaged with the underlap A1 of a plain roof tile A in a pinched, fitted, crimped, inserted or the like state, an rising portion 112 extended from the one hook portion 111, the other hook portion 113 extended from this rising portion 112 in the direction opposite the one hook portion 111. The rising portion 112 is provided with a notch 114, and the other hook portion 113 is engaged with the tail side A' end A2 of the other plain roof tile 1-A by pressure contact, fitting, insertion or the like. Therefore, a stopping device that is most suited to zigzag-roofed plain roof tiles and can withstand a shock such as wind and rain, an earthquake or the like can be provided.
