Abstract:
A storage battery operation device according to an aspect of the present invention is provided with: a power outage recovery time prediction unit which predicts, from surveillance data obtainable by monitoring circumstances that change with the elapse of time, a power outage recovery time at each time of a first power supply destination for each storage battery; a required power storage amount calculation unit which calculates, from a demand prediction value at each time of the first power supply destination for each storage battery, a required power storage amount at each time for each storage battery; and a dischargeable amount calculation unit which calculates, from the required power storage amount, a dischargeable amount at each time to destinations other than the first power supply destination for each storage battery.
