PURPOSE: To provide a storage container which can protect an electronic component such as an IC or CCD from being broken by static electricity.
CONSTITUTION: A laminated sheet 11 for which a conductive sheet 12 and PVC sheet 14 are lamianted is press-molded into a shape which approximately goes along the outer shape of the component, and a component storage part 21 with an opening 20 is formed. When a CCD 110 is stored in the component storage part 21, the CCD 110 is covered by a conductive sheet F, and the conductive sheet F is heated and welded to the PVC sheet 14 around the opening 20, for the constitution of the present storage container. Therefore, a storage container which is excellent in dustproof propety, moistureproof property and shock resistance in addition to antistatic property, and is compact and has a favorable appearance also.
