Abstract:
To provide a storage device capable of improving reliability.
This storage device includes: a physical disk release section, when an access frequency in a physical disk area is a prescribed frequency or more, moving read data to a non-volatile memory area to release the physical disk area in which the read data is written; and a non-volatile memory release section moving data that is written in the non-volatile memory area and has a low access frequency to the physical disk area to release the non-volatile memory area in which the data with low access frequency is written.
