A navigation device 1 includes a controller 10 which allows a broadcast program received by a receiving section 60 to be stored in a program storing section 702. The controller 10 receives a reservation setting of the broadcast program stored in the program storing part 702. Further, the controller 10 sets a travel path to a destination. When there exists a place outside a reception area in which a reserved broadcast program can be received, in the travel path, the controller 10 determines departure time to the destination on the basis of time required to the place outside the reception area and the broadcasting time of the reserved broadcast program. Then, the determined departure time is notified.
