Abstract:
To provide a storage device for preventing the occurrence of data transformation, and for improving reliability.
A storage device is provided with a semiconductor memory 15 having a plurality of memory cells MT and a controller 16 having a buffer 23 for temporarily storing data; a data pattern check circuit 27 for checking a predetermined data pattern stored in a plurality of adjacent memory cells in data stored in the buffer, and for transmitting an address according to the check result; and a data correction circuit 28 for correcting the value of the data of the transmitted address, and for transmitting it to the semiconductor memory.
