In the receiving/notifying unit performing an output of a notifying device 26 when a coincidence state of a code for recognition set in advance and recognition data sent by radio waves is detected in a code collation circuit 25, radio waves received by the receiving/notifying unit are provided with radio wave presence parts (a frequency modulating part may be provided) and absence parts (intermittent parts) or amplitude modulating parts having different amplitudes in place of the absence parts. By making rates of the time-wise lengths different, waveforms corresponding to digital signals 1 and 0 are provided. A clock generating part 50 for generating clocks from received radio waves when receiving the radio waves is provided. By the generated clocks, a code collation circuit 25 and other shift registers are driven within the receiving/notifying unit.
