Abstract:
PURPOSE: To regulate the water level of a reservoir to the vicinity of an objective water level or to intentionally raise or lower the water level.
CONSTITUTION: A storage water level control device is constituted of a water level difference detection part 4 detecting the water level difference between the present storage water level and an objective water level, a storage water level change speed detection part 5 detecting the timewise change of a storage water level and a discharge gate control part 8 controlling the discharge amt. from the discharge gate 9 of the reservoir on the basis of the water level difference detected in the water level difference detection part and the change speed detected in the storage water level change speed detection part.
