Title:
STORED HEAT DELIVERY DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0225661
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To efficiently retrieve heat by providing a means which sprays water near to the bottom of the heating medium storage section in a closed container which contains a heat storage material and a heating medium, and a steam delivery pipe which delivers steam collecting in the top of the container.

CONSTITUTION: When a heater 4 generates heat by using the nighttime power, etc., the heating medium 3 heats the heat storage material 2 which heats and liquefies the latent heat storage material in it to store the heat in the form of latent heat. In order to use steam, the stop valve 7 in the feed water pipe 6 is opened to supply water to the water ejection pipe 5 under the tap water supply pressure so that water may be ejected into the heating medium from the nozzle 5a as mist. As the heating medium and water do not mix with each other, water is enveloped by the heating medium, and the heat exchange takes place at their boundary surfaces. And so, water is heated higher than 100°C and vaporize into steam which rises through the heating medium 3 as bubbles and collects in the upper part of the storage tank 1. The steam is delivered as low pressure steam from the steam delivery pipe 8 to be used as a heat source, etc.
