PURPOSE: To make possible automatic control dependent upon many time bases, by discriminating time information, which are read successively from the memory device by a specific code, and comparing required time information with the standard time each other to output control information for the specified time.

CONSTITUTION: Presence or absence of a specific code indicating that set time information read successively from memory device 1 is not accompanied with control information is decided by detecting part 3' of comparing part 3, and the set time without the specific code and the standard time from standard time generating part 2 are compared with each other. Control information for the time is stored from device 1 into memory part 4 by the agreement output from comparing part 3, and output part 5 is controlled according to the output from memory part 4, thus performing automatic control dependent upon many time bases.
