Abstract:
To provide a storing vessel for nuclear fuel and a temperature measurement method thereof capable of reliably detecting the leakage of helium gas from the vessel that stores spent nuclear fuel and the local temperature rise accompanied thereby.
In the storing vessel for nuclear fuel composed by housing in a cask 10 a canister 1 that houses nuclear fuel together with gas, a rod type temperature detecting body 16 as the temperature detecting means for detecting the surface temperature of the canister 1 is provided.
