An optical fiber 3 is tacked temporarily with an adhesive 5 by applying a fixed tension to the both sides of the outer surface of a casing 1 having the length set beforehand, and thereafter stuck totally with the adhesive 5 and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 7. This method is characterized by connecting a strain/loss integration type optical pulse tester 11 to one end of the optical fiber 3 in the state where the casing 1 is buried in a boring hole 9 bored beforehand and cement milk C is injected into a gap between the boring hole 9 and the casing 1, and measuring the strain in the longitudinal direction generated in the optical fiber 3 by the strain/loss integration type optical pulse tester 11 based on Brillouin scattered light in the optical fiber 3, to thereby measure the sliding face of a landslide.
