歪みセンサであって、取り付け凹部（１１）を有するベース（１０）と、ベース（１０）上に設けられて取り付け凹部（１１）内に位置し、取り付け凹部（１１）の内面との間に所定の隙間（２１）が形成される取り付け構造（２０）と、取り付け凹部（１１）内に取り付けられて所定の隙間（２１）外に位置する載置構造（３０）と、一側が載置構造（３０）に設けられ、他側が取り付け構造（２０）に設けられるワイヤ群（４０）と、を備える。以上の設置方式によって従来技術における歪みセンサに存在するクリープ、ヒステリシス及びドリフト等の悪影響を効果的に回避する。歪みセンサを備えるロボットをさらに提供する。【選択図】図２
