Abstract:
PURPOSE:To surely detect the clogging of screen with required sensitivity by providing an interlocking part to the outside of a pressure chamber of diaphragm and displacing the interlocking part through a magnetic coupling part by the displacement of diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:The diaphragm 27 is so provided that the fluid pressure of an inlet opening 21 acts on one surface of the diaphragm and the fluid pressure of an outlet opening acts on the other surface, and the interlocking part 33 is provided on the outside of the chamber wall of a pressure chamber 28 in one side of the diaphragm 27. The magnetic coupling part 36 with permanent magnets is provided between the interlocking part 33 and the diaphragm 27 so as to be moved with the movement of the diaphragm 27. As the interlocking part is provided on the outside of the chamber wall where the fluid does not flow, the interlocking part is free from pollution. The diaphragm is moved by even a small pressure difference so that the clogging of screen is surely detected with required sensitivity.
