To provide a strap with a hook body which can be easily mounted on a main body such as a cellular phone or a writing tool by a simple structure on a hook part.

The strap is composed by connecting the hook body integrally provided with a shaft part and a hook part and made of a synthetic resin to a cylindrical holder made of the synthetic resin whereon a cord member is mounted and which is opened at both ends. The shaft part of the hook body is mounted on the holder so that it can be rotated and at least a part of the opening end of the hook part can go over the rear end edge of the holder, and the hook part is opened and closed by the rotation of the hook part and the shaft part.
