PURPOSE: To give the system for performing a plan for recovery by evaluating objectively a stress by utilizing not only a psychorogical evaluation but also physiological data of a man.

CONSTITUTION: 11 denotes an evaluation object person. Before and after or in the midst of an evaluation work 10, the measurement is executed by a physiological data continuous variation measuring means, a physiological data measuring means and a psychological data measuring means of 12, 13 and 14, respectively, and data are analyzed by a physiological data analyzing means 15 and a psychological data analyzing means 16. By a stress evaluating means 17, a stress is evaluated synthetically and quantitatively from both of the physiological influence and the psychrological influence, and based on a result of evaluation, and a stress evaluation result and a plan for recovery are given to the evaluation object person by an instructing means 18. Accordingly, the stress which a worker himself scarcely becomes aware of is shown quantitatively, an appropriate plan for recovery is given, and health of the worker can be secured.
