Abstract:

To provide a stress sensor with a configuration that can sufficiently detect shearing even with a thin sensing layer.SOLUTION: The stress sensor includes: one or two or more pressure sensing units 2, in which a pressure sensing layer is interposed between two oppositely arranged electrodes to detect a pressing force; one or two or more shear force sensing units 3, in which a shear force sensing layer is interposed between the two oppositely arranged electrodes to detect a shear force; and conductive lubricating layers 2E, 3E interposed at intermediate positions in a thickness direction of the sensing layers at least in the sensing layer of the shear force sensing units 3 of the plurality of detection units.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
