Title:
STRING BODY HANGING FASTENER FOR SAILING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01122796
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the winding-hanging work of a string body by constructing a hanging fastener for the string body which gives tension force to a sail, by means of providing a cutout which holds the node portion of the string body one end, a winding-hanging portion which sliding-supports the middle portion of the string body and a V-shape groove which deeply holds the other end side of the string body. CONSTITUTION:In a sail device such as a window surfing or the like, a string body hanging fastener 20 for a mast is fixed by bolts 24, 25 to the lower end portion of a joint shaft 4 which makes up the lower portion of a mast erected on a board upper surface. Longitudinal tension force is given to a sail 17 by means of that a string body 30 is hung across between the string body hanging fastener 20 and a retaining ring 19 attached to the lower end portion of the sail 17 so as to be tensed. In this case, the hanging fastener 20 is three layers structure composed of three members 21-23, and a winding-hanging portion made up with two rollers 26 is provided in the member 21 and as well a cutout 31 is formed in the bend portion of one projected portion 23a of the member 23 and a V-shape groove 32 is formed in the bend portion of the other projected portion 23b.
