The spring-like magnetic holder comprises two or more Nd sintered magnets of a fine diameter cylindrical state radially magnetized to two poles, connected in prayer beads-like state by using wire or a yarn made of a metal wire or a synthetic fiber or the like, and a spacer made of a nonmagnetic material provided between the magnets in response to an object.
