To eliminate any trouble in adjusting assembling by adjusting a support jig and a presser jig so as to position the presser jig in a position corresponding to an unnecessary part of a thin-plate material shown on a punching design drawing and fixing it so as not to move and using it.
A support jig 3 is temporarily fixed to a fitting screw hole 2a of a base 2 directly from the top of the punching design drawing 7 by a fitting screw 5 in such a sate as coinciding a fixing screw hole with a position of a waste part shown on a fixed punching design drawing 7. The presser jig 4 is temporarily fixed to a fixing screw hole for the support jig 3 and coincided with a position of the waste part on the punching design drawing 7, the position is adjusted by sliding or rotating the support jig 3 and the presser jig 4, the waste part is surely pressurized by the presser jig 4, respective support jig 3 and the presser jig 4 are fixed so as not to move, and thus the assembling is completed.
