Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce production costs and simultaneously, facility space required for a trigger armature attaching process, for effectively making use of manufacturing facilities by simplifying the trigger armature attaching process and reducing an assembling time.
SOLUTION: A trigger coil 45 consists of a coil part 45a, a lower terminal 45b and a top output terminal 45c. A trigger armature 46 is attached to the output terminal 45c. The trigger armature 46 is formed from a metallic sheet having elasticity, an engaging hole 46a is formed at one end of the trigger armature 46 and a contact end 46b is formed at the other end. The output terminal 45c of the trigger coil 45 is inserted through the engaging hole 46a of the trigger armature 46. A fall-off preventing plate 46c bent in the direction of inserting the output terminal 45c through is integrally formed on one side of the engaging hole 46a and brought into press-contact with the output terminal 45c by elastic force, to electrically connect the output terminal 45c and the trigger armature 46.
