To provide a structural member with a tubular section (1), particularly a structural member of a fluid line, having at least two materials with different stiffness and/or creeping strength, wherein the materials include thermoplastic synthetic materials (6, 9, 22, 23) and wherein the material (9) having the greater stiffness and/or creeping strength is embedded in the other materials (6).

The tubular section (1) has a continuous annular surface (12) which extends coaxially with the longitudinal center axis of the structural member and has the same material (9, 22, 23) which has been injection molded over the annular surface in a predetermined quantity ratio relative to the outer material (6), or between 40% and 100% of the annular surface (12) are composed of the same injection molded material and are distributed in uniform spacings in circumferential direction of the annular surface (12).
