Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small conductor structure reflecting the incident electromagnetic waves of a specific frequency in-phase, or having high impedance characteristics for the electromagnetic waves of a specific frequency band.SOLUTION: In a structure including conductors formed on a plurality of mutually parallel planes, first units including a first planar conductor, a second planar conductor, and a first conductor for connecting the first and second planar conductors are arranged in array on the first plane, second units including a third planar conductor, a fourth planar conductor, and a second conductor for connecting the third and fourth planar conductors are arranged in array on the second plane different from the first plane. The first units and second units are not connected, and when viewing from a direction perpendicular to the plurality of planes, the first units are arranged so that the first planar conductor included therein overlaps one third planar conductor of the second unit, and the second planar conductor does not overlap one fourth planar conductor of the second unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
