To provide structure of a bag capable of maintaining fixability and durability of a handle, without increasing a weight of the bag itself.

This bag 1 includes a bag body 3 having body side member parts 2a, 2b openable and closable toward both sides, and a handle part 4 attached to the bag body 3 and expendable telescopically. A gusset part 5 is arranged in the central part of the bag body 3, and the side member parts 2a, 2b are provided adjacently in both side edges of a bottom part 5a of the gusset part 5. Slide fasteners 6a, 6b are provided in both side edges of the gusset part 5. The slide fasteners 6a, 6b are engaged with slide fasteners 7a, 7b provided in peripheral edges of the side member parts 2a, 2b. A plastic inner frame body 8 is fit in an inner face of the gusset part 5. A partition plate 9 is fit in the inside of the inner frame body 8, to shield one face of the inner frame body 8 over the whole one face.
