PURPOSE: To surely make a slit orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the band by selecting and cutting one of plural units in which one unit consists of a punch hole and a supporting pin fitting hole, with respect to the part for connecting a second band part to a buckle, of the band constituted of a first and a second band parts and the buckle.

CONSTITUTION: The band is constituted of a first band part 1, a second band part 2 and a buckle 6. In a first band part 1, plural punch holes 5 are formed in the longitudinal direction. In a second band part 2, plural buckle fitting parts 20 in which one unit consists of an opening 15 for inserting a tongue 8 and a fitting hole 9 for inserting an engaging pin 11 of a supporting pin 10 are formed in the longitudinal direction. At the time of adjusting length of a second band part 2, one of the buckle fitting parts 20 is selected, and the band is cut parallel to the fitting holes 9, 9 of both sides of the band. After the band is cut, the tongue 8 is coupled to the supporting pin 10 so as to be freely swingably, the engaging pins 11 of both sides are inserted into the fitting holes 9 of both sides. In such a way, the band becomes exactly orthogonal to the longitudinal direction and is cut.
