A portable equipment case 1 is formed to have a housing recess 5 for housing a releasing button 2, a projection 6 for fixing one end of a coil spring 4, and an engagement tooth 7 for engaging and fixing a movable hook 3. The releasing button 2 is housed in the housing recess 5 and the opening 8 of the movable hook 3 and a projection 9 on the releasing button 2 are coupled to each other along the housing direction of the releasing button 2. In this case, the opening 10 of the movable hook 3 is engaged with and fixed to the engagement tooth 7 without any play in vertical and horizontal directions, and slidably via the utilization of the elasticity of the engagement tooth 7.
