Title:
STRUCTURE FOR CONNECTING HOSE FORMED IN METALLIC MOLD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001287010
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a connecting structure of a hose in which an integrally formed pipe itself is not plucked off from the base when pulled out from a metallic mold for forming and a pull-out load can be increased when the elastic hose fitted to the pipe is deteriorated.

Since the inclination as cast at a part of the outer periphery of the pipe 2 integrally formed with the main body 1 of the formed product in the metallic mold, is arranged to the small inclining part 2b at smaller than the ordinary inclination as cast even in the case of deteriorating the elastic hose fitted to the pipe 2, and since the friction resistance between the small inclining part 2b and the elastic hose is increased, this hose is made to be difficult to pull out. Further, the small inclining part 2b is arranged only at a part of the outer periphery of the pipe 2, the base of the pipe 2 is not plucked off when pulled out from the metallic mold.
