Title:
STRUCTURE OF COOKING SURFACE OF COOKING APPLIANCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3595260
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of cooking surface of cooking appliance which prevents a fluororesin layer from being damaged even when it is handled with a sharp metal cooking utensil and from getting clogged with cooked things, and has both heat conductance and heat thermal storage.
SOLUTION: A basic material 3 is formed of an aluminum layer 2 whose upper face 14 is planed away by edging procedure and so force so that the upper face 14 of the aluminum layer 2 can be lower than the upper face 13 of a metal porous body. And, fluororesin layer 15 covers the upper face 14 of the aluminum layer 2, filling at least mid-air holes of the metal porous body 1 between the upper face 13 of the metal porous body and the upper face 14 of the aluminum layer 2, and the fluorocarbon resin layer 15 is made not higher than the upper face 13 of the metal porous body 1.
