PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and defect sensing device which can detect the defect on a part where members are joined.
SOLUTION: An optical fiber sensor 13 constituted with an optical fiber includes a plurality of structure members 11, 12 which are jointed. The optical fiber sensor 13 is arranged at the point where the structure members 11, 12 are jointed, especially at the point where the jointed state of the structure members 11, 12 may be released easily.
