PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably set the turning degree of a blade to a grip by easily contacting the inner surfaces of both clamp plate parts of the grip with the base end holding part of a blade when fastening with a fastening shaft part.
SOLUTION: At a back part 10 mutually linking both clamp plate parts 7 and 8 on the back side to become the opposite side of a blade entrance/exit 9a on the belly side at a top end part 3 of a grip 1, a notch 13 having a fastening allowable space 14 is formed. This notch 13 is opened toward the top end of the grip 1 by a top end opening port 14a, extended closer to the base end side of the grip 1 than a turning center C of a fastening shaft part 5 and closed at a closing terminal part 14b. This closing terminal part 14b is provided at the position away from the outer- most peripheral surface of the fastening shaft part 5 just by an extension distance N. When sandwiching a base end holding part 4 of a blade 2 between both the clamp plate parts 7 and 8 at the top end part 3 of the grip and fastening it with the fastening shaft part 5, both the clamp plate parts 7 and 8 get closer each other respectively almost equally on the belly side and the back side, and the gap between both the clamp plate parts 7 and 8 is made almost equal respectively on the belly side and the back side.
