CONSTITUTION: A mold releasing sheet 4 is stuck at a certain distance on the both sides or one side of a fibre reinforced thermosetting resin composite sheet 3, however, a sheet made by mold releasing treatment, for example, silicon treatment on both sides or one side of a synthetic film or paper or the like is given as a mold releasing sheet. And, the distance for adhering the mold releasing sheet is made preferably to be 3 to 1 - 5 to 1 in a mold releasing sheet width and the fiber reinforced thermosetting resin composite sheet width. And, the exposed parts of the fibre reinforced thermosetting resin composite sheet are adhered to one another while winding the sheet 1 obtained round a drum 6. In consequence, the exposed parts of the sheet may adhere to the upper and lower sheets through the pressure exerting on the peripheral surface thereof as the sheet is wound round the drum.
