An extending part 52 extending toward a bending surface 6 of an inner panel 3 is formed at the projection part 50. A contact part 53 is fixed by a bolt 55 for controlling rotation. On the lamp housing 43 is formed a seat surface 57, which is fixed to the mounting surface 16 formed on the continuing wall 10 of a reinforcing member 11 via rubber seal 58.
