To facilitate molding of a fender liner in fitting the front end of a fender panel at a lower position and preventing the front end of the fender liner positioned near the lower part of the front end of the fender panel from coming into contact with the front end of the fender panel for enlarging a headlamp or other purpose.

A fender liner 34 is formed, which is supported on a fender panel 20 and covers a front wheel from the above. A front end 35 of the fender liner 34 is positioned near the lower part of the front end 24 of the fender panel 20. Part of the front end 35 of the fender liner 34 is expanded downwards to form a recess 39 at the top of the front end 35 of the fender liner 34, and the front end 24 of the fender panel 20 is fitted into the recess 39.
