Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify works for installation to be executed on an elevated place like a ridge of a roof, and to smoothly drain water coming down onto the surface of a ridge roof decking member through a ventilation port.
CONSTITUTION: A ridge roof decking member 3, arranged astride on a ridge part 1, is so constructed that both side parts thereof are inclined downward as they approach their side ends. Holding claws 4 are provided on positions near the side ends on the inclined side parts of the ridge roof decking member 3. Holding holes 6 are provided to both ends of a ridge roof main body 5 that is arranged for covering a space above the ridge roof decking member 3. The holding claws 4 are held in the holding holes 6, and thereby the ridge roof main body 5 can be fixed only by holding without using screws or the like. Openings 9 for connecting spaces 7, formed between the ridge roof decking member 3 and the ridge roof main body 5, with an attic 8 are provided to the ridge roof decking member 3, and ventilation for the attic 8 is made therewith.
