STRUCTURE FOR SEPARATING ABRASIVE MATERIAL IN PACHINKO BALL RESTORATION MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08187350
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To use the structure for separating abrasive materials in a pachinko ball with low ceiling.

CONSTITUTION: A coil 2 rotated by a motor is inserted to the upper terminal of a ball ascending pipe 1, and pachinko (Japanese pinball game) balls 4 are sent upward while being mixed together with the abrasive materials 5 due to the rotation of the motor to be cleaned. The ball ascending pipe 1 at a part covered with the coating case 3 is provided transparently with a large number of lengthy discharge holes 10 of a size through which pachinko balls 4 can not pass but only the abrasive material 5 can pass. The faucet part of a separation box 6 of low height equipped with an inclining separation path 60 capable of dropping only the abrasive materials 5 from a groove and rolling the pachinko balls 4 is faced with a discharge port 12 opened on the side surface of the upper terminal part of the ball ascending pipe 1.
